ABOUT THE
COMPANY
REOCAT is a Russian high-technology company providing a full range of engineering solutions for catalyst management and liquid media purification. We support catalysts throughout their entire life cycle, from loading and unloading to regeneration, reactivation, recycling, and recovery of valuable components. We also develop and deploy mobile units for the purification of amine solutions, water, amino acids, peptides, cosmetic ingredients, and other complex liquid media. Our research activities are supported by grants from the Skolkovo Foundation.
We reactivate zeolites used for natural gas and associated petroleum gas dehydration. Our mobile technology removes sulfur, carbon, and moisture while preserving mechanical strength and specific surface area. After reactivation, the zeolite meets the applicable technical specifications and can be reused. The cost of purchasing fresh zeolites and disposing of spent material can be reduced by half. The compact modular design allows the unit to be deployed even in remote locations.

We perform presulfiding of hydrotreating catalysts at our own production facility.
Advantages of REOCAT presulfiding include:
control of sulfiding uniformity throughout the entire catalyst batch;
catalyst activation at reduced temperatures of up to 300 °C;
reduction in unit start-up time by more than 16 hours.
Optimization of formulations received
from research laboratories. Design and production of pilot or small batches
of catalysts tailored to customer requirements.

Reduction of salt load, purification
of peptide solutions, and extension
of the service life of process fluids.
We obtain high-purity products, including:
amino acids;
salts;
proteins;
organic acids;
cosmetic ingredients.
Purification is performed using a mobile
unit comprising filtration and membrane electrodialysis systems. The technology
was developed in cooperation with the
A. V. Topchiev Institute of Petrochemical Synthesis of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Filtration removes mechanical impurities, polymerization products, and resins. Electrodialysis removes heat-stable salts while minimizing waste generation and reducing the cost of absorbent replacement. The research was supported by the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises.

Our company is the only provider worldwide offering a complete range of catalyst services:
unloading;
loading;
sulfiding;
egeneration;
eactivation;
presulfiding;
disposal and recycling of catalyst waste.

Catalyst regeneration is carried out in
a unit designed to meet the requirements
of leading technology licensors. Continuous temperature monitoring and a unique gas-mixture distribution system ensure uniform and safe regeneration with minimal catalyst losses. REOCAT has extensive experience in the regeneration and reactivation of various catalyst grades and regularly receives positive feedback from customers. REOCAT has also implemented the first fully Russian catalyst reactivation technology at its production site, enabling the activity recovery of cobalt-molybdenum and nickel-molybdenum hydrotreating catalysts.
