CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By clicking the button (“Give consent to personal data processing” or similar) or by ticking the checkbox, you confirm your consent to the processing by Limited Liability Company “REOCAT” (TIN: 9731049544, PSRN: 1197746492844, address: room 7, 9 Khimmash Highway, Glazov, Udmurt Republic, 427626) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as Personal Data) for the purposes of preparing, concluding, and performing contracts, including service contracts (hereinafter referred to as contracts), identifying the parties to the contracts, communicating with you, and complying with mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The written form of consent to the processing of Personal Data shall be deemed complied with after you have entered your full name, telephone number and/or email address in the form on the Operator’s website https://reocat.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and clicked the button (“Give consent to personal data processing” or similar) or ticked the checkbox.
By performing the above actions, you confirm that:

• all information provided by you, including Personal Data, is accurate, up to date, complete, and complies with the legislation of the Russian Federation. You independently bear the risk of providing incorrect and inaccurate information;
• you are an adult and legally capable person;
• this Consent is informed and conscious.

Personal Data means any information relating to you as an individual person (personal data subject), including: surname, name, patronymic, telephone number, email address, and other information voluntarily provided by you in the course of preparing, concluding, and performing a contract.
Personal Data is collected, processed, and stored by the Operator in accordance with the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy and the User Agreement published on the Website https://reocat.ru.
Acting of your own free will and in your own interest, you consent to the Operator performing any actions with respect to Personal Data, including consent to the processing of Personal Data without limitation, whether performed using automation tools or without using such tools, with the personal data provided, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), deletion, and destruction of data contained in documents generated in the Operator’s activities pursuant to Part 1 of Article 17 of Federal Law No. 125-FZ dated 22.10.2004 “On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation”, as well as the performance of any other actions with Personal Data specified in the contracts and received during the term of such contracts, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.
This consent to personal data processing shall be valid for 3 years from the date of submission and may be withdrawn by you at any time by sending a request to the Operator by any telecommunication means to the following email address: info@reocat.ru.
