CONSENT TO RECEIVE ADVERTISING AND INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS

By clicking the button (“Give consent to receive advertising mailings” or similar) or by ticking the checkbox, in accordance with Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated 13.03.2006 “On Advertising” and Federal Law No. 126-FZ dated 07.07.2003 “On Communications”, I, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, give Limited Liability Company “REOCAT” (TIN: 9731049544, PSRN: 1197746492844, address: room 7, 9 Khimmash Highway, Glazov, Udmurt Republic, 427626) (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) my consent to send me messages about the Organization’s services, goods, news, promotions, and activities for informational, advertising and informational purposes.
Such messages include mailings about events, content, promotions, and other text, audio, graphic, audiovisual, and multimedia messages of an informational and advertising-informational nature that are not prohibited by law.
For sending such messages, the contact details provided by me on the website https://reocat.ru will be used, namely:

1. Telephone number;
2. Email address.

Advertising and informational materials may be sent to me by means of:

1. Emails;
2. Telephone communication, including calls;
3. Messages through messengers.

I have been informed that this consent may be withdrawn by me in full or in part at any time during the term of this consent in the following ways:

1. By sending an application for withdrawal of consent to the Organization’s service support email address: info@reocat.ru;
2. By sending an application for withdrawal of consent to the Organization at its registered address.

The application for withdrawal of consent may be drawn up in free form and shall include the following data: telephone number and email address allowing the applicant to be identified. The application shall specify the channels for receiving advertising materials from which the applicant wishes to unsubscribe. The application may be prepared in the form of electronic text or as an attachment to an email in pdf, png or jpeg format — a scanned or photographed application completed by hand. The image quality must be sufficient for clear and unambiguous understanding of the text of the application.
I have also been informed that I may unsubscribe from email mailings by following the “Unsubscribe” hyperlink, or another hyperlink with similar meaning, included in the text of the email mailing.
In addition, I have been informed that, should I have any questions regarding refusal to receive mailings, I may request assistance by sending an email to the Organization at info@reocat.ru.
I agree that the text of the consent given by me of my own free will and in my own interest shall be stored electronically in the Organization’s database and confirms my willingness to receive materials in accordance with the provisions set out above. I assume responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided.
This consent is given for a period of three years and remains valid unless the Organization receives information from me on its withdrawal. The date of withdrawal shall be deemed to be the day following the day on which the Organization receives the application for withdrawal of consent to receive advertising and informational materials.
I hereby confirm that my implied actions, namely filling in the registration form and clicking the “Submit” button on the website https://reocat.ru, constitute a sufficient form of consent and allow the parties to confirm the fact of obtaining such consent. No other evidence shall be required to confirm my free expression of will.
